I joined the project as a moderator, but the content moderation tasks shifted away. I was given routine tasks but desired more. I engaged in testing, copywriting, translations, and design. The development team helped and taught me. The management trusted and saw my potential. A former leader suggested I could become a product manager, and it happened. Now I am more confident in my decisions and knowledge. The company supports employee development, and there are wonderful colleagues. I highly value and love our project, which motivates me to make it even better.

I joined Kadam about a year and a half ago — I responded to a message from a recruiter. Before that, I had worked for almost nine years in another holding company, also in the adtech field. I had quite a lot of interview experience and always evaluate a potential employer by the quality of the hiring process — and Kadam stood out right away. I had no doubts at any stage, even though at first it felt like leaving a comfortable place after nine years might not be the best idea. But in reality, it was precisely that illusion of comfort that pushed me to step into something new. At Kadam, I was given both resources and autonomy: first, to build a sales department from scratch, and later my area of responsibility expanded to two more departments. I truly enjoy tackling a wide variety of tasks every day, as well as representing Kadam’s brand both online and offline at various conferences. I believe that right now my experience and skills are being realized in the best way possible. And there’s still so much more ahead :)

I joined the company in January 2022, starting in the HelpDesk department. From the very first days, I appreciated the open corporate culture and the comfortable working atmosphere. I began by supporting users and handling basic tasks, and then moved on to automating business processes in Jira. Over time, I delved deeper into working with infrastructure and server systems, gradually shifting toward administrative tasks. By showing initiative and a desire to grow, I was able to move into the DevOps department as a Junior DevOps Engineer. During this time, I gained valuable experience working with high-load systems, process automation, and infrastructure optimization. In this company, the drive for learning and growth is truly valued, and I’m glad to be part of a team where you can not only complete tasks but also propose solutions that genuinely impact the business. I especially want to highlight our team — they’re always ready to help. Their support and willingness to share knowledge and experience help me grow and develop. For me, it’s important not just to do the job, but to make the product better, more efficient, and more reliable. This is just the beginning of the journey, and many exciting challenges and opportunities for professional growth lie ahead.

I joined the company at the end of 2018 as a moderator. By that time, I had already changed four jobs in a year and didn’t think I would stay here for long. But my team lead appreciated my initiative — and that marked the beginning of my rapid growth within Smart Dynamics. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to lead both the moderation team and customer support, and I also built the quality control department from scratch. Today, I hold the position of Compliance Director of the holding. Over these years, so much has been done, created, and discovered! And I hope there's still a lot more ahead :)
